My goal was to get into a UC school. I heard that Mr. Tahapary read for UCSD and that helped me feel confident to apply to the UCs. He was really helpful in making sure that I answered the PIQs (Personal Interest Questions) correctly and that I answered them with a lot of thought and personal insights. He would always ask me “where is the why” to your story. Thanks Mr. T!!

I’ve worked with Mr. Tahapary since my sophomore year when I really didn’t have a clue as to what I wanted to do when I grow up, my major, and which colleges to apply for. Fast forward to my senior year and I can’t believe I have applied and been accepted to several of my top choices on my college list!! I decided to go to UC Irvine. Thanks for all your guidance Mr. T! I’ll miss yah!!
