Nicole is an energetic counselor with 6+ years of experience working with high achieving students at Stanford’s Online High School. Nicole is passionate about guiding students through High School and puts an emphasis on getting to know her students holistically to best support them using a student-focused counseling approach.
I am a graduate of Palo Alto High School so I understand, first hand, the pressures to be a successful student in a high pressure environment. I am extremely passionate about helping students become the most successful versions of themselves. I bring energy and care to every interaction with my students which stems from a genuine desire to see them succeed. In my role at Stanford Online High School I help guide students both nationwide and internationally through their High School journey and into college. I take pride in helping students develop both academically and personally during such critical years in their lives so they are best prepared to thrive in college and beyond.
I am enthusiastic and genuinely care about getting to know my students both academically and personally. I strongly believe in the importance of building rapport and a strong foundation of mutual trust and respect so we can work as a team to support each student’s growth and development into the best possible version of themselves.
In my free time, I teach and practice yoga, enjoy visiting new places and trying new things, as well as spending time with my dog, Banana. I am a Palo Alto native and take full advantage of the beautiful and wonderfully scenic places surrounding the Bay Area.
