As a reader for the University of California admissions office and with 10+ years of experience as a College & Career Advisor and Counselor TreAna has significant experience in working with students and families through the college admissions process. TreAna’s strength is her work with first generation students and those whose parents were educated outside of the US.
Having experience as an external reader for the UC Undergraduate Admissions, I have thorough knowledge of how to help students strengthen themselves in preparation for the college admissions process. I value the journey of supporting young students through high school to develop into well rounded individuals so they are prepared academically and socially for the rigors of college. My work with students and families is rewarding and I love to witness students grow and accomplish their college admission goals.
Working with me is fun, yet rewarding. My students can expect our sessions to be high energy and goal oriented.
As a former Division I Track & Field Athlete, I have the opportunity in my free time to coach high school athletes. I now spend my weekends at invitational track meets cheering my athletes on and watching them set personal records, sometimes even taking down school records.
